Policies
Although we do our best to advise accurate delivery times, they may be extended during particularly busy periods for our carriers. If your package has not arrived within the above delivery times, please contact the carrier.
Shipping Rates
The shipping prices available at checkout is subject to the weight and volume of the package. This is dependent on the carrier's standards. Please visit their website for more information.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays.
Pre-Order Items
A pre-order product is either out-of-stock or soon-to-be in-stock online.
We suggest you refer to the product description for accurate production, processing and delivery times. Therefore, please bear in mind that to receive your product via pre-order may take 1-6 weeks.
Your complete order will always be dispatched within one package, meaning that any orders containing pre-order items will not be dispatched until the date stated on the pre-order item.
If you would like to receive your additional items prior to this date, we recommend creating two separate orders.
Refunds
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. LOVE GOD BIG Limited will not be held responsible for any parcels lost or stolen during transit, and any issues in this regard must be taken up with the courier or local depot.
Pickup Items
It can take up to 24 hours from the time an order was placed to confirm that you as a customer can collect your parcel/s. Please ensure you follow the instructions set out in the email sent out when you placed your order. We cannot guarantee that we can hand your order to you when you have not confirmed a preferred date and time.
Shipping FAQs
Do I have to pay taxes and customs when my order arrives?
All taxes and custom charges are included within the total price at checkout for NZ, AUS, Oceanic Islands & USA orders.
For other international orders, any import taxes, custom duties and tariffs may be charged to you by your destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations. These charges will be necessary to pay in order to release the parcel to you. LOVE GOD BIG is not responsible for custom duty charges.
Please ensure you are aware of these fees for your country before placing an order.
Can I change my shipping address or product after I've placed my order?
Yes! We can amend your shipping address or product within 24 hours after the order has been received. Contact info@lovegodbig.co.nz with your name and order number as soon as possible if you wish to do so.
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched then we cannot update the shipping address. We suggest you contact the courier to redirect your parcel if possible.
